We want you to love your purchase from Amami Trade. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns: Due to the perishable and personalised nature of our hampers and treats, we can only accept returns if the item is:
Damaged or defective on arrival
Incorrectly packed or missing items
If you encounter any issues, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@amamitrade.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Refunds & Replacements: Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we’ll offer:
A replacement product, or
A full refund to your original payment method
We reserve the right to decline refunds if the product has been consumed or tampered with.
Non-returnable items:
Perishable goods (chocolates, food items)
Custom or personalised hampers
For hygiene reasons, returns of opened items are not accepted.
